Four Seasons Restaurant to Welcome PJ Rasmussen, Begin. 9/4
by Arielle Ozery - Sep 4, 2013

A debut album is a daunting experience for any artist regardless of age. But guitarist/composer PJ Rasmussen's first CD - Adventures in Flight on Third Freedom Music - shows a young man brimming with musical confidence and leadership qualities of a seasoned professional. A truly outstanding composer, PJ has assembled a remarkable sextet for a highly diverse, but totally cohesive set of Rasmussen originals.

BWW Reviews: American Ballet Theatre's Triple Bill
by Barnett Serchuk - May 28, 2013

I was looking forward to American Ballet Theater's triple bill on May 21 with anticipation, because I had seen one of the ballets, Frederick Ashton's A Month in the County, years ago, and always held it in warm esteem. I remembered how moved I was as the curtain fell on the dancer (was it Lynn Seymour?) portraying the heroine, Natalia Petrovna, alone on the stage with nothing but a loveless and frustrating future awaiting her.

CABARET LIFE NYC: Better Late Than Never Reviews - 10 Shows of a Cabaret Summer
by Stephen Hanks - Aug 11, 2012

So many cabaret shows, so little time . . . to write reviews that is. During his almost two years as a cabaret reviewer, BroadwayWorld.com critic Stephen Hanks managed to do a pretty good job of writing critiques during a show's run or soon after the run ended. But this summer he just couldn't keep up. Finally, here are observations on 10 performances over the past two months.

It’ll Charm You If You Want It To: NUNSET BOULEVARD Opens in Munster
by Paul W. Thompson - May 4, 2011

It's not a typo folks! This is not a review of anybody's production of "Sunset Boulevard," despite the vision mistakes of ALL of my friends when they asked me in writing where I was going. Instead, it's the seventh or eighth "Nunsense" musical (depending on whether or not you count one all-male show), that overwhelmingly popular and not-quite-as-critically-successful series of small-scale musicals by Dan Goggin, written over the last 25 years and featuring five characters in a series of wacky, real-time, semi-performance situations.
