Iron Age Theatre will be presenting LeRoi Jones/Amiri Baraka's 'THE SLAVE' on October 5 and 6 as part of the Philly Urban Theatre Festival at the Adrienne main stage at 7:30 pm and October 8 and 9 at the Centre Theater at 8:00pm.

Launching its 19th season, Shattered Globe Theatre will present DOWN & DIRTY ROMEO & JULIET, opening at its first location, The Globe Pub, 1934 W. Irving Park Road in Chicago on April 14th at 7:00 p.m. The interactive play will move venues throughout its run. Audiences may find themselves moving around a park, around a large building or from venue to venue. The production doesn't have a set, stage, or costumes either, but it does include 14 actors who have memorized rehearsed multiple roles and a chance for the audience and actors to interact.

Mrs Klein previews at the Almeida Theatre from 22 October 2009 with press night on 29 October 2009 and will run until 5 December 2009.
