Holiday Inn was originally developed at Goodspeed Opera House, one of the country's most respected nonprofit institutions, and then played The Muny in St. Louis this summer. In celebration of today's big news, we're flashing back to both prior productions below!

Centenary Stage Company's family favorite Holiday Spectacular, A Christmas Carol:  The Musical, returns to the Sitnik Theater on November 27 until December 13 in the Lackland Center.

The Humber River Shakespeare Company proudly presents its annual production of Dickens' holiday classic, A Christmas Carol.

Continuing to bring original musical stories and new productions to beloved Chicago audiences, 'Hershey Felder Presents' (George Gershwin Alone, Maestro Bernstein, The Pianist of Willesden Lane, Louis and Keely 'Live' at the Sahara) now brings BARITONES UNBOUND, a new play with music and baritone superstars to the Royal George Theatre as part of a continuing season of new productions. Performances begin at the Royal George, 1641 N. Halsted Street, on Friday, December 11th, 2015 and continue through Sunday, January 3rd, 2016 with a press opening on Sunday, December 13th at 3:00 p.m. A special New Year's Eve performance includes a champagne and dessert reception with the artists.

Centenary Stage Company's Young Audience Series is back this season with a brand new show to entertain audiences of all ages.  Miss Nelson is Missing will kick off the Young Audience Series on Saturday, November 14 at 11am in the Little Theatre located at 400 Jefferson Street in Hackettstown, NJ.

For more than half a century, New Jersey Ballet has thrilled audiences from Bergen to Cape May with top quality professional ballet and this weekend, November 7 through the 8 in the Lackland Center they'll return to thrill with two exciting shows, NJ Ballet: Tappin' at the Ballet and Sleeping Beauty.

IRVING BERLIN'S WHITE CHRISTMAS, the stage adaptation of the beloved classic film, is coming to the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) December 8 - 13, 2015. In Providence, IRVING BERLIN'S WHITE CHRISTMAS is part of the Taco/White Family Foundation Broadway Series.

The new national tour of IRVING BERLIN'S WHITE CHRISTMAS, the acclaimed stage adaptation of the beloved classic film, kicks off November 6 in Waterbury, Conn. at The Palace Theater. Centenary Stage Company celebrates the spooky season in grand fashion with a Halloween Bonanza to accompany Brad Ross' Unbelievable! on Saturday October 31 at 2pm in the Lackland Center in Hackettstown, NJ. Show off your inner ghoul or goblin and come dressed in your Halloween best. Centenary Stage Company will be holding a costume contest in the lobby of the Lackland Center. One lucky participant will win a pair of tickets to Centenary Stage Company's family holiday spectacular A Christmas Carol: The Musical running November 27 through December 13. Centenary Stage Company will also be holding an 'enter to win' raffle for a pair of tickets to the Young Audience Series production of Miss Nelson is Missing. Los Angeles playwright Jennifer Haley did not set out to become the first major playwright of the digital age, but that is what has happened, says Jonathan Mandell of New York Theatre in his interview with the playwright. Haley tells Mandell that after working in the theatre for years, she had the opportunity to learn web-design and Photoshop in a program specifically designed for artists- skills which then supported her in her early writing years. She states that there was no direct connection between becoming a web designer and a playwright, but after years of doing both, 'they simply started to merge...'
