Matthew Wolfenden will return to the stage by starring as Buddy in the smash-hit musical adaptation of ELF at London's Dominion Theatre for a strictly limited season from 15 November 2023 until 6 January 2024. Ahead of its 25th anniversary on 6 April 2024,  the new cast has been revealed for the global smash hit musical MAMMA MIA! from Monday 9 October 2023. The production has also extended its booking period to Saturday 28 September 2024 at London’s Novello Theatre, with tickets on sale at 10am tomorrow, Friday 1 September 2023.

Today the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra announced that individual concert tickets to the 2023-24 season, its 102nd and 20th under the artistic leadership of Delta David Gier, will go on sale Friday, August 25. 

“Whether you get all the references or not, this show is still smart and funny. It’s a little like HAMILTON, which creates a gateway into history, in that it offers the audience a gateway into theatre. It makes them interested in the art form as a whole,” Bryant Martin says. “And the audience will be impressed with the singing and dancing – with the pure spectacle of what they are seeing on stage. There is something in this show for everybody from the book to the musical aspects,” concurs Tyler Hanes. Hanes, who plays William Shakespeare, and Martin, who portrays his rival playwright and theatrical producer, Nick Bottom, are waxing enthusiastic about SOMETHING ROTTEN!, the last main stage show of Maine State Music Theatre’s 2023 season which begins performances on August 9th.

With only a week to go until West End LIVE, the final details have been revealed for this free annual showcase, celebrating the best of London's musicals. Produced by Westminster City Council, in partnership with Society of London Theatre, West End LIVE has been a highlight of the theatrical calendar since 2005 for theatre fans across the country and further afield.
