FLIES Comes to Edinburgh Fringe

In a kill-or-be-killed fight for sanity, one man is determined to conquer his phobia of flies, but as darkness falls, what is that ominous hum behind the door?

Featuring live music mixed on stage, Flies tells the skin-crawling mind-buzzing tale of a man teetering on the edge of reality and fantasy; a man on a rollercoaster mission to free himself from fear.

Pins & Needles Productions (Mr Popper's Penguins) and Olivier Award nominated Les Enfants Terribles (Alice's Adventures Underground) present an absurdist tale that will leave your skin crawling with fear and mind buzzing with excitement.

Oliver Lansley is the founder and Artistic Director of Les Enfants Terribles Theatre Company. As a writer, he has developed work for the BBC, Channel 4 and HBO Drama and co-created the BBC 2 series Whites and the Rose d'Or nominated ITV2 series FM. His theatre credits include, The Infant , The Terrible Infants , The Trench , Ernest and The Pale Moon and The Vaudevillains . His original comedy series Flack about a PR company is currently shooting, starring Anna Paquin, and will air on POP TV and UKTV. He is also adapting Tibor Fischer's hit dark comedy novel Good To Be God for Keshet, and developing a new original drama series.

Ed Patrick (Kid Carpet) makes electronic punk folk pop music out of whatever's lying around. Having released 4 albums, toured with acts like Arcade Fire, Badly Drawn Boy, Willy Mason and worked with cult film director Alex Cox.
