Tony and Grammy Award nominee Sara Bareilles, the composer and lyricist of the Broadway smash hit Waitress, returned to the Brooks Atkinson stage this evening. To celebrate Sara's big return to the diner, the production dropped a surprise stream of Sara's first curtain call back along with a fun duet with co-star Jason Mraz on excited fans everywhere. On Tuesday, December 12th, WAITRESS co-stars Jason Mraz and Betsy Wolfe stop by Rachael Ray's daytime talk show to perform It Only Takes a Taste from the hit musical! BWW has a first look at the performance below!

Tickets go on sale to the general public today at 10 AM EST for Sara Bareilles's return engagement in the Broadway smash, Waitress. For the first two weeks of her return engagement, the multiplatinum-selling singer-songwriter and New York Times bestselling author will play the titular pie-maker opposite Jason Mraz as Dr. Pomatter.

As previously announced, Betsy Wolfe shared her Waitress departure plans, stepping down from the role of Jenna on January 9th. Meanwhile, her current co-star, pop star Jason Mraz is scheduled for a final bow on January 15th. Dunkin ('Bull') as Cal.

Incoming WAITRESS star, Betsy Wolfe, is getting ready to step into Jenna's shoes on the set of her photoshoot. Betsy discusses what she thinks of her character Jenna, and why she's excited to join the cast of Waitress. The best of Broadway will be performing FREE on six consecutive Thursdays this summer with '106.7 LITE FM's Broadway in Bryant Park 2016, continuing this Thursday, July 28 (12:30pm) on the Bryant Park Stage. Hosted by LITE FM's on-air personalities, the 16th annual presentation of open-air, On- and Off- Broadway lunch hour performances will run through Thursday, August 11. This year's 106.7 LITE FM'S Broadway in Bryant Park is presented by New York-Presbyterian for Kids and TKTS Discount Ticketing Booth.
