Included in the announcements were the winners in the lighting, sounds, scenic, and costume design and orchestration categories. 

Stars from stage and screen will take center stage at the 2019 Tony Awards, on CBS on Sunday, June 9th, 8:00 - 11:00 p.m. (ET/PT time delay), when they broadcast live from Radio City Music Hall in New York City. A new block of tickets is now on sale for Moulin Rouge! The Musical, based on the 2001 Twentieth Century Fox Motion Picture by Baz Luhrmann. Moulin Rouge! The Musical will begin performances on Broadway at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre on June 28, 2019 ahead of a July 25 opening night.

Barrington Stage Company (BSC), the award-winning theatre in the Berkshires under the leadership of Artistic Director Julianne Boyd, presents Tennessee Williams' The Glass Menagerie. Previews for The Glass Menagerie begin October 3, with an official opening on October 7 and performances through October 21 on the Boyd-Quinson Mainstage (30 Union Street).
