The White Lotus star Will Sharpe is set to take on the role of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in a series adaptation of Amadeus. The series will be a reimagined verison of Peter Shaffer’s award-winning stage play, adapted by Joe Barton and directed by Julian Farino.

San Francisco Ballet (SF Ballet) Artistic Director Tamara Rojo and choreographer Aszure Barton will be presented in conversation at Works & Process at the Guggenheim Museum on Sunday, October 15 at 3 and 7:30 pm.

Terry Johnson’s new play,The Sex Party, has many ingredients for success; an intriguing idea, an excellent cast and a beautiful set, but is let down with a sledgehammer script and meandering message that goes nowhere. There’s a lot happening at once, but the entire play is as shallow as a puddle.

The Menier Chocolate Factory is presenting the world première of Terry Johnson's The Sex Party. The Menier Chocolate Factory has announced that Amanda Ryan joins the company as Magdalena for the world première of Terry Johnson's The Sex Party – joining the previously announced Will Barton (Tim), Lisa Dwan (Gilly), John Hopkins (Jake), Timothy Hutton (Jeff), Jason Merrells (Alex), Pooya Mohseni (Lucy), Molly Osborne (Hetty) and Kelly Price (Camilla). Amanda Donohoe has had to withdraw for personal reasons.

Riverside Studios today announces the full line-up of shows for the return of its innovative Bitesize Festival. This follows the success of the launch of this initiative in January, that saw 9 shows take to Riverside's stage, showcasing work from new and emerging theatre makers.

Barton Theatre will hold auditions next month for Mamma Mia! Auditions will take place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 7 and 8 in the Fine Arts Auditorium for ages 15 and up.

A spine chilling ghost story – When Darkness Falls – heads to Theatre Royal Winchester from Thursday 16 September to Saturday 18 September.

All new production images have been released for the spine-chilling ghost story, WHEN DARKNESS FALLS, which began previews on 18 August at Park Theatre, London and officially opens on Monday 23 August. It is playing at the Park Theatre until 4 September, before going on tour.

When Darkness Falls is a ghost story. But it’s also a story about stories. The stories we’ve heard and the stories we tell. Sometimes to each other. Sometimes to ourselves.

All new rehearsal images have been releaesd for the spine-chilling ghost story, WHEN DARKNESS FALLS, opening at the Park Theatre, London from 18 August playing through to 4 September with a press night on 23 August 2021, before going on tour.

The London run will then tour to Theatre Royal Winchester, MAST Mayflower Studios in Southampton and Yvonne Arnaud Theatre in Guildford.

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on 4 January 2021 of a new national lockdown until at least the middle of February, Park Theatre and the producers of the new spine-chilling ghost story, WHEN DARKNESS FALLS, which was due to play a limited season from 24 February to 13 March 2021 at Park Theatre in London, have taken the difficult decision to postpone the run. 

Park Theatre has plans to re-open its doors in the New Year, with socially distanced shows in both auditoria: a revival of comedy thriller CORPSE! in Park90 from Thursday 7 – Saturday 30 January.

Following the Government's announcement on 31 October 2020 of new national restrictions from 5 November 2020, the new spine-chilling ghost story, WHEN DARKNESS FALLS, which was due to play a limited season from 25 November to 12 December 2020 at The Union Theatre in London, will now be postponed. 

A new spine-chilling ghost story, WHEN DARKNESS FALLS, will play a limited season, from 23 November to 12 December 2020, at The Union Theatre in London.  Written by James Milton and Paul Morrissey and directed by Paul Morrissey, Will Barton will play John Blondel and Alex Phelps The Speaker.  The audience will be socially distanced.

Prestigious dance school, Ballet West, will close following sexual assault allegations against the school's vice principal, Jonathan Barton.
