Ben Cameron’s award winning musical theatre variety series, Broadway Sessions, celebrates 15 years in the Broadway community this month with 2 All Star concert events!

AT THIS PERFORMANCE…  returns to The Green Room 42 featuring Standbys, Understudies and Alternates from SIX THE MUSICAL; PARADE; CAMELOT; THE BOOK OF MORMON; HADESTOWN and MILLENNIALS ARE KILLING MUSICALS.

Stephen DeAngelis is continuing his ongoing salute to Broadway and Off-Broadway Standbys, Understudies and Alternates with the next edition in his monthly residency of AT THIS PERFORMANCE…™ to be held on Monday, May 22nd at The Green Room 42.

On May 5, 2023, Mara Burros Sandler from Be Forward Productions will present an industry reading of Born Country, a new musical with music from chart-topping country artists and a book by Eric Holmes and Erin Holmes.

Stephen DeAngelis continues his ongoing salute to Broadway and Off-Broadway Standbys, Understudies and Alternates with the next edition in his monthly residency of AT THIS PERFORMANCE…™ to be held on Monday, April 24th at The Green Room 42, Green Fig, Fourth Floor, Yotel NYC, 570 Tenth Avenue (at 42nd Street), New York, NY 10036 at 7 PM.

The LGBTQ Horror-Comedy SUMMONING SYLVIA, now playing in twenty-one cities, is hosting a special screening and talkback with the cast on Tuesday, April 4th at 11:40 am at Regal’s flagship cinema in Union Square. Cast members Frankie Grande, Veanne Cox, Noah Ricketts, and Camden Garcia will be discussing the film and taking questions from the audience after the screening.

Written and directed by Wesley Taylor (Smash, The Spongebob Musical, soon to recur on Hulu's 'Only Murders in the Building') and Alex Wyse (Marvel’s Iron Fist, soon to join Broadway's Good Night, Oscar), the LGBTQ horror comedy Summoning Sylvia stars Michael Urie, Frankie Grande, Veanne Cox, and more. On March 24, 2023, Eclipse Theatre Company will present an industry reading of With(out) Her, a new musical with music and lyrics by Chilina Kennedy and a book by Eric Holmes. The musical is loosely based on Chilina’s original album What You Find In A Bottle, arranged by Rick Fox, and produced by Chad Irschick.

Next week, 54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club & Private Event Destination, presents some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond. A recipient of the 2022 Tony Awards Honor for Excellence in the Theatre, 54 Below celebrates Broadway musicals and writers of the past and present, promoting an ongoing engagement with their work.

The cast of Summoning Sylvia includes Travis Coles (Superstore), Michael Urie (Shrinking), Frankie Grande (Henry Danger), Nicholas Logan (I Care a Lot), Troy Iwata (Dash & Lily), Noah Ricketts (Fellow Travelers), Sean Grandillo (Scream: The TV Series), Camden Garcia (Sprung), and Veanne Cox (You’ve Got Mail).

AT THIS PERFORMANCE…  returns to The Green Room 42 featuring Standbys, Understudies and Alternates from SIX THE MUSICAL; & JULIET;  KIMBERLY AKIMBO; ALMOST FAMOUS; MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG; KINKY BOOTS and BAT OUT OF HELL.  

Directed by Liz W. Garcia (The Lifeguard) from her own original screenplay, the film follows Florida party girl Rex (Emma Roberts), who turns out to be the only hope for the NASA space program after a fluke puts her in training with other candidates who may have better resumes, but don’t have her smarts, heart, and nerve. At This Performance…  will return to The Green Room 42 featuring standbys, understudies, and alternates From Moulin Rouge! The Musical; Almost Famous; Hadestown; Funny Girl; Aladdin; and Paradise Square.  

54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club, presents Brandon James Gwinn in Four Pianos on Thursday November 3rd at 9:30pm. Richard Rodgers Award winner and celebrated nightlife pianist Brandon James Gwinn (he/they), flanked by an expanded version of their T-shirt Tuxedo Trio, brings an evening of music to Broadway’s Supper Club tributing four of his favorite singing pianists: Blossom Dearie, Frances Faye, Diana Krall, and the fabulous Bobby Short.
