Following the tremendous success of her adaptation of Ruth Park's The Harp in the South in 2018, Kate Mulvany will work her magic on Fredrich Schiller's Mary Stuart in 2019, with Caroline Brazier and Helen Thomson playing two of history's most intriguing women - Mary Queen of Scots and Elizabeth I of England, now directed by Lee Lewis. Imara Savage has had to withdraw as director due to scheduling conflicts.

Hugo Weaving will make his much-anticipated return to the Sydney Theatre Company's stage this March in Bertolt Brecht's 1941 classic The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui. STC Artistic Director Kip Williams directs a cast which also includes Mitchell Butel, Peter Carroll, Anita Hegh, and Ursula Yovich.

English Writer/Director Neil Rutherford's latest production, BEYOND DESIRE, is a wonderful piece of musical theatre that draws the audience into a well-crafted Edwardian era murder mystery. Rutherford joins with Kieran Drury (composer) to create a wonderful story with many twists and turns to keep the audience engaged as secrets are revealed. It is a treat that this new work is making its premiere at the intimate space of Hayes Theatre in Sydney.
