Cape Rep Theatre concludes its 30th Anniversary season with the Tony-winning Jerry Herman and Harvey Fierstein musical, LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, November 5th through December 6th: Wednesdays and  Thursdays at 7 pm, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm, and Sundays at 2pm, with an additional 2 pm matinee on Saturday, November 28.  There are no performances November 8, 11, 25 or 26.  Tickets are $33-35.  Pay-What-You-Can-Night is the first Friday, November 6th. Director Lawrence Thelen proves himself up to the challenge, however, with the casting of terrific nonEquity actress Sheniqua Denise Trotman from Huntsville, AL. Her 'I'm Not Going' puts focus on the emotional pain felt by the character and is a powerhouse exploration of the lyrics. In between all that belting. Kudos.
