The Segal Centre for Performing Arts launched their 2023-2024 Theatre season earlier today with a celebratory toast in their Lobby surrounded by Montreal theatre lovers. This stellar season of theatre brings two prestige shows that wowed audiences on Broadway and two groundswell Canadian hits that point to our country's vibrant future in the arts. Following three weeks of sold-out previews, Operation Mincemeat: A New Musical, has extended its West End premiere run by six weeks until 19th August. The show follows thirty-three hugely successful years of The Woman In Black at the Fortune Theatre.

According to The Guardian, the West End production of Bat Out of Hell was halted during the Thursday, March 30th evening performance by a disruptive audience member.

Following five sold-out development runs at the New Diorama Theatre in 2019 and Southwark Playhouse in 2020, 2021 & 2022, plus an extended Riverside Studios run last summer, the full cast and creative team for the West End premiere of Operation Mincemeat - a new musical, has been announced.

Following an extensive audition process, it has been announced that Travis Cormier will take on the role of Strat in the Las Vegas run of Bat Out of Hell – The Musical, the award-winning hit production set to Jim Steinman and Meat Loaf’s greatest hits and one of history’s best-selling albums. Cormier will take the stage at Paris Las Vegas on September 27.
