Brendan Coyle To Star In New Production Of Conor McPherson's ST NICHOLAS In The Donmar Warehouse's Dryden Street Studio Space

The Donmar Warehouse presents St Nicholas, a chilling one-man play by Conor McPherson, directed by Simon Evans and starring Brendan Coyle. This is the first time McPherson and Coyle have collaborated since The Weir, for which both received Olivier Awards. The performances will take place at the Donmar's intimate studio space at 3 Dryden Street from Monday 10 September - Friday 5 October 2018, and from Tuesday 9 October - Sunday 14 October 2018 at the Smock Alley Theatre, as part of Dublin Theatre Festival, which will be the play's Irish premiere. Tickets for London performances will be allocated via a ballot, which is open for entries by signing up to the Donmar's Newsletter or KLAXON email lists at donmarwarehouse.com.

After spending several months as the Trafalgar Fair, a Texas trailer park takes root at Trafalgar Studios as a new production of Tracy Letts' Killer Joe begins its run. It is directed by Simon Evans, who previously helmed a production of Letts' Bug at the short-lived venue Found111 - the show also marks the return of Orlando Bloom to the London stage, starring alongside Steffan Rhodri, Neve McIntosh, Sophie Cookson and Adam Gillen.

Gore Vidal's 1960 political play The Best Man documents the behind-the-scenes machinations of a fictional Presidential nomination. This new production, directed by Simon Evans, has been on a short tour prior to a run on London's West End - it takes the place of David Mamet's Glengarry Glen Ross. Martin Shaw and Jeff Fahey lead the cast, which also features Maureen Lipman, Glynis Barber, Jack Shepherd and Honeysuckle Weeks.

Donmar Warehouse Announces Full Casting for THE WAY OF THE WORLD

The Donmar Warehouse today announces full casting for James Macdonald's new revival of William Congreve's Restoration comedy masterpiece The Way of The World. Haydn Gwynne will be playing the role of Lady Wishfort, replacing Linda Bassett who has sadly had to withdraw from the production before the start of rehearsals for personal reasons.
