Queens Theatre (QT) has announced its 34th season lineup. The new season, which will extend from October 2022 to May 2023 will launch with exciting productions including a new adaptation of the swashbuckling adventure The Three Musketeers and the enduring tale of star-crossed lovers Romeo and Juliet by The Acting Company and feature a diverse array of affordable programming, including theatre, dance, special events, and family shows.

Stage and Screen Actress and Former Child Star Jane Withers Dies at 95

Withers was best known for her time as a child star in the 1930s and 1940s, but in addition to her work on screen, Withers also appeared on stage, making her debut in late 1944 in the musical comedy Glad To See You. The show was originally intended for Broadway, but closed after seven weeks of tryouts in Philadelphia and Boston.

Hollywood Museum founder Donelle Dadigan headed a re-opening ceremony of her Hollywood Museum August 4, 2021; commemorating the donated additional props from Bill and Patrick Shea to the Back to the Future Part I, II, III exhibit. On behalf of the Museum and the Shea father and son, Donelle presented a $5,000 check to the Michael J. Fox Foundation, which Michael accepted via video.

Associate Artistic Director Dawn Monique Williams (Bull In A China Shop) directs this poignant drama about Black girlhood, the poisonous effects of racism, and the heartbreak of shame.
