Mother and daughter duo Rafaella Hutchinson and Sally George are to be the first ever family pairing to star as the reclusive Little Voice and meddling mother Mari in Jim Cartwright's The Rise and Fall of Little Voice. The new production coming to Park Theatre, directed by Tom Latter and Associate directed by Anita Dobson, will also feature Linford Johnson, Kevin McMonagle, Jamie-Rose Monk and Shaun Prendergast in the much-beloved story of an undiscovered and introverted virtuoso thrust into the spotlight.
LAMDA Announces 2018 Summer Season

LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) presents its 2018 Summer Season featuring a diverse range of nine productions, playing across its three stages from 30 May. Tympanic is excited to announce the cast and crew for the World Premiere of SWEET ANALYTICS, a dark comedy by Hayes Borkowski (Vacation, Area IV Theatre), directed by Joshua Ellison*. SWEET ANALYTICS begins Tympanic's tenth season, and opens October 24, 2016 and runs through November 20, 2016 at Berry United Methodist Church, 4754 N Leavitt St. in Chicago.

Barbara Windsor Backs Campaign for Joan Littlewood Sculpture

Barbara Windsor has joined Theatre Royal Stratford East's fundraising campaign to build a sculpture of the legendary director, Joan Littlewood. The theatre launches a public appeal to raise the final 40% needed for the sculpture International artist Philip Jackson has been commissioned to create the bronze sculpture. The sculpture is due to be installed in spring 2014 in Theatre Square and will coincide with theatre's staging of Oh What A Lovely War.
