The Off-Broadway League and the Lucille Lortel Theatre will present the 2021 Lucille Lortel Awards as a celebration of all the people who create Off-Broadway excellence. The pre-taped special will honor all contribute to the incomparable magic of Off-Broadway theatre on Sunday, May 2, at 7:00PM.

The New Group Off Stage will launch with Waiting for Godot, by Samuel Beckett, with Ethan Hawke, John Leguizamo, Wallace Shawn, Tarik Trotter and Drake Bradshaw. Waiting for Godot will premiere online Thursday, May 6 at 7PM EST.

The Museum of Jewish Heritage - A Living Memorial to the Holocaust will honor Howard and Elyse Butnick and their family at the annual Generation to Generation event on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. The virtual event also will include an interview The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel's Michael Zegen, the grandchild of a Holocaust survivor.

That study was the launching point for 'one in two,' a play by Donja R. Love which will have a virtual reading on Saturday, June 27th.

Just last night, The New Group celebrated opening night of Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice, a world premiere production arriving as part of the company's 25th Anniversary Season. Originally slated through March 15, this production is now set to play a limited Off-Broadway engagement through March 22.
