BESPOKE PLAYS - a bicoastal production company - will present an industry reading of SUPPER by Phinneas Kiyomura on Sunday, February 16th. Completing the cast are Josh Adam Ramos (Chicken and Biscuits), Alexander Sanders (Pip's Island), and Emily Gardner Xu Hall (I Am This For You). They join the previously announced Danny Johnson (Daredevil, Luke Cage) and C.K. Allen (Guiding Light, All My Children). Daryl Lathon (Steal The Stars) will direct; the Production Stage Manager is Allie York. Kelsey Sheppard will read stage directions.

These two juggernauts will star as two warring brothers definitely not based on the elder Koch brothers in a play that resembles a cage match crossed with classic farce. Additional cast and production team members will be announced shortly.

Known for its Broadway run with Sigourney Weaver and David Hyde Pierce, as well as its Tony Award win for Best Play in 2013, this masterful comedy from the author of Laughing Wild and Baby with the Bathwater centers on middle-aged siblings Vanya and Sonia, who share a home in Bucks County, PA, where they bicker and complain about the circumstances of their lives. When their movie star sister Masha swoops in with new boy toy Spike, old resentments flare up, and no one is safe from the crossfire. Also on the scene is the sassy maid Cassandra, who can possibly predict the future, and a lovely young aspiring actress named Nina, whose prettiness directly threatens the imperious Masha.

Fearless adventurer Phileas Fogg has agreed to an outrageous wager that puts his fortune and his life at risk. Alongside his resourceful servant Passepartout, Fogg sets out to circle the globe in an unheard-of 80 days, but his every step is dogged by a detective who thinks he's a robber on the run. Danger, romance, and comic surprises abound in this whirlwind of a show.

BESPOKE PLAYS - a new play reading series - announces LAURA DARRELL (DIETLAND, Frozen) will lead the first New York public readings of MEET CUTE by CHRISTINE BOYLAN (THE PUNISHER, CLOAK AND DAGGER), on November 3rd and 4th at 7pm at Manhattan Theatre Club Studios. Christine Boylan (THE PUNISHER, LEVERAGE), Ellie Pyle (SOURCES, BEGINNINGS), and Ryan McCurdy (ONCE, PIP'S ISLAND) have announced the official addition of a New York chapter to Bespoke Plays, which will make it the only bicoastal production company dedicated to industry readings of new plays. Boylan and Pyle will continue to co-produce Los Angeles with McCurdy as the New York associate.

Broadway in Bryant Park is back! 106.7 LITE FM's popular series will bring the best of Broadway and Off-Broadway together for FREE performances, for six consecutive weeks, continuing today, August 1, to Thursday, August 15.

Some people will love this one, but I found it theatrically stunted and a bit offensive in that it would be funnier if I were far more conservative. It will play best with people who unapologetically sport their MAGA hats and follow certain Twitter accounts without remorse.
