Mix a Hitchcock masterpiece with a juicy spy novel, add a dash of merry mayhem and you have THE 39 STEPS, a fast paced, suspenseful-romantic-comedy for anyone who loves the magic of theatre. In this Drama Desk Award winner and two-time Tony Award winner, a cast of four hilariously reenacts over 150 eccentric characters from Hitchcock's 1935 film thriller using just a few props, split-second quick changes, and plenty of theatrical creativity.

The 2012 Actors Studio Drama School Repertory Season performances will take place at The Theater at Dance New Amsterdam, 53 Chambers St., just north of City Hall, Wednesdays through Fridays at 8 p.m. and Saturdays at 3 and 8 p.m. from March 28 through April 28. The producers of the revival of WEST SIDE STORY announced today that Broadway newcomer Sarah Amengual will be Broadway's 'Maria' beginning Tuesday, September 21, 2010. 2009 Tony Award nominee Josefina Scaglione will play her final performance as 'Maria' on Sunday, September 19, 2010.
