Wendy Osserman Dance Company presented by Theater for the New City, will perform LAMINARIA, a folk horror music and dance suite, on Friday, October 21 and Saturday, October 22 at 8:00P.M at TNC’s Johnson Theater,.

Today, Austin-based songwriter Tody Castillo released a new single entitled “What It Means To Be A Man” from his forthcoming album Old Rodriguez. The artist recorded her fourth studio album in Nashville, teaming up with Nash Chambers in his eastside studio and drawing on the musical talents of Dan Dugmore, Jedd Hughes, Dennis Crouch, Shawn Fichter, Jerry Roe, Jimmy Wallace, Tony Lucido, and Ross Holmes, along with guests such as the McCrary Sisters, Robert Ellis, Erin Rae, and Tom Busby. 

Young Man was produced and mixed by Robert Ellis and Josh Block and bolstered by a thriving community of friends and musicians in Texas, emphasizing Jamestown Revival’s skillful songwriting, flawless harmony, and intricate fingerpicking. Zachary Williams (The Lone Bellow) has announced his first ever solo tour in support of his recently released album Dirty Camaro (Dualtone). The tour kicks off on February 5th of next year in Austin, TX at the 04 Center and covers most of the U.S. before wrapping up in Boston at City Winery on May 4th.
