The festival series that began January 10, 2020 continues with an evening of short plays probing the complexity of relationships with The Sporting Life of Icarus Jones by Marcus Gardley, directed by Chika Ike, and The Drowning Girls by Beth Graham, Charlie Tomlinson, and Daniela Vlaskalic, directed by Rebecca Marzalek-Kelly. MARVELL REP, which presented an impressive inaugural New York season in 2011, has announced its 2012 repertory season devoted to provocative and incendiary plays that have been burned, banned and caused riots.

Broadway luminaries Loni Ackerman (Evita, Cats), Joy Franz (Into the Woods, Pippin), and Ken Jennings (Sweeney Todd, Urinetown) will perform in a one-night only benefit concert for Marvell Repertory Theatre. Other performers will include Joel Robertson (Les Miserables, Cats), Liz Holtan (The Fantasticks), Rachel Claire, Nicolas Greco, Stephanie Lynne Mason, Mike Rosengarten, Robert Townsend, and Jill Usdan.
