The inimitable Marga van Rooy, who many South Africans know and love as Ella in the popular television series VETKOEKPALEIS, is continues to tour with Lefra Production's 2015 farce, MY BOETIE SE BOETIE SE BOETIE SE BABA, when it transfers to the State Theatre in Pretoria this week.

By now, Lefra Productions is well-known for its hilarious farces. This year's new farce is MY BOETIE SE BOETIE SE BOETIE SE BABA by Ray Cooney and his son, Michael. It is one of the most successful shows yet on London's West End. 

One of the most successful stage comedies on London's West End, TOM, DICK AND HARRY, adapted for the South African stage as MY BOETIE SE BOETIE SE BOETIE SE BABA, hits Carnival City's Mardi Gras Theatre in July 2015. Adapted and translated by Frans Swart, this show promises to have audiences rolling in the aisles.

An Afrikaans translation of one of London's West End's most successful farces, MY BOETIE SE BOETIE SE BOETIE SE BABA, will visit the Innibos Arts Festival in Nelspruit from 30 June - 4 July 2015.

Lefra Productions will present a series of shows in repertory at the Roodepoort Theatre this November, showcasing three productions that performed to packed houses at the recent Clover Aardklop National Arts Festival. Lefra Productions is bringing a brand new stage production of LIEWE HEKSIE to Emperor's Palace! The creator of LIEWE HEKSIE, Verna Vels, celebrated her 80th birthday this year and is also celebrating the golden anniversary of Liewe Heksie's first appearance. Lefra Productions has toured South Africa for the past three years with many LIEWE HEKSIE productions and to celebrate this double anniversary, director Frans Swart convinced Vels to write a brand new LIEWE HEKSIE story. Swart has adapted and directed the story for the stage.

Lefra Produksies voer 'n splinternuwe LIEWE HEKSIE-verhoogproduksie op wat by vanjaar se Clover Aardklop Nasionale Kunstefees gaan premiere.
