Photo Flash: First Look at STNJ's CHARLEY'S AUNT

The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey's 56th season leaps into the chill of autumn with a classic that will warm the hearts of people of all ages. Charley's Aunt, the hilarious late 19th century comedy of manners by Brandon Thomas, will be presented for the first time on the STNJ stage. Joseph Discher returns to direct. Returning company favorites John Ahlin, Peter Simon Hilton, David Andrew Macdonald, and Erika Rolfsrud are featured amongst the cast of 10 that will bring this delightful farce to life. Performances begin October 24. Patrons can purchase tickets at The F.M. Kirby Shakespeare Theatre located at 36 Madison Avenue in Madison by calling the Box Office at 973-408-5600 or by going online at www.ShakespeareNJ.org.

Koerner Hall Announces 10th Anniversary Concert Season Opening Festival

Koerner Hall opened on September 25, 2009, Glenn Gould's birthday, with a Grand Opening Festival that featured 10 concerts. For the 10th anniversary season Mervon Mehta, Executive Director of Performing Arts at The Conservatory, has planned an opening festival (as well as a closing festival in April and May of 2019) that will consist of seven concerts.

TITUS ANDRONICUS Will Play at The Shakespeare Theatre for the First Time in Over 30 Years

The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey continues its 56th season with its second Main Stage production, Titus Andronicus. Resident Director Brian B. Crowe will helm this rarely produced Shakespearean tragedy. STNJ veteran Bruce Cromer will play the title role; Tony Award nominee Robert Cuccioli and returning company members Vanessa Morosco and Benjamin Eakeley will play leading roles amongst a cast of 20 actors that also includes young artists from the Theatre's renowned Summer Professional Training Program.
