This season's hit Off-Broadway play, Afterglow, written and directed by S. Asher Gelman, puts a new block of tickets on sale through July 1, 2018. Afterglow began performances on June 12, 2017 and this extension will allow the show to run beyond their one-year anniversary and celebrate NYC Pride.

According to Variety, Katherine Heigl has been cast in the 8th season of the USA hit SUITS. Heigl, known for her role on GREY'S ANATOMY and 27 DRESSES, will play Samantha Wheeler, a talented new partner at Pearson Specter Litt who challenges the status quo and will either become the firm's greatest ally or most powerful enemy. She joins returning series regulars Gabriel Macht, Sarah Rafferty, Rick Hoffman, and new series regular Dulé Hill. The new season begins production this April in Toronto.

Show creator and executive producer Aaron Korsh is set to return, as are stars Gabriel Macht (Harvey Specter), Sarah Rafferty (Donna Paulsen), Rick Hoffman (Louis Litt) and newly-minted series regular Dulé Hill (Alex Williams).

The producers of Afterglow, have announced a new block of tickets will be released through March. This announcement marks the show's fifth extension at The Loft at The Davenport Theatre (354 West 45 St).

Afterglow began performances this past June's and has become a sleeper hit that has performed for over 6 months. The play has been touted by critics and audience members as a raw, entertaining piece of theater that features about 15 -20 minutes of male nudity and a working shower. This past weekend the show made headlines on SNL's Weekend Update for its partnership with GoNaked became public. The show offered a nudist theatrical experience for the group of 70 theatre- goers.

Orlando Fringe Veteran Thom Mesrobian is bringing his latest effort 'Callbacks' to the City Beautiful. Fresh off its world premiere at the first Tampa International Fringe Festival, where it was heralded as one of the Best of the Fest by Creative Loafing magazine, 'Callbacks' will play for a three night run August 25th, 26th and 27th 2017 at the brand new Theatre South Playhouse in the Dr. Phillips Marketplace located at 7601 Della Drive Suite #15. Joe Chisholm (Regional: The Little Mermaid, My Fair Lady) will join the cast of Midnight Theatricals' production of AFTERGLOW, written and directed by S. Asher Gelman. Mr. Chisholm will take over the role of Alex, originated by  Robbie Simpson, his first performance will be Monday, August 21, 2017.

USA Network and Universal Cable Productions (UCP) today announced that the Season 7 finale of SUITS, airing in the first quarter of 2018, will serve as a potential spinoff that would center around powerhouse lawyer Jessica Pearson (Gina Torres).
