Last night, members of the cast and creative team from beloved 1996 British movie BRASSED OFF reunited for a special 21st birthday screening at London Royal Albert Hall, with the film's score played live by the Grimethorpe Colliery Band - all on the iconic stage where its famous finale takes place.

Lincoln Center Theater has announced that Patti LuPone, Dale Soules, and Michael Urie will be featured in the cast of its upcoming production of SHOWS FOR DAYS, a new play by Douglas Carter Beane, to be directed by Jerry Zaks. The production will begin performances Saturday evening, June 6 and open on Monday, June 29 at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater (150 West 65 Street).

Philosophy for Gangsters, an irresponsible comedy about ideas, honor, and messy deaths, by Liz Peak and Barry Peak, has announced the cast and creative team for a limited Off-Broadway world premiere engagement. Directed by both Peaks, the show runs at The Beckett Theatre (410 West 42nd Street - between 9th & 10th Aves.). Opening Night is set for tonight, February 4 at 7:00 p.m. The show is scheduled to play through March 1st.

Big League Productions, Inc. and Troika Entertainment recently kicked off the national tour of the musical comedy Bring It On: The Musical. Bring It On: The Musical began previews January 16-18 in New Haven, CT at the Shubert Theatre and opened on January 21 in Macon, GA at the Grand Opera House. The album, produced by Ghostlight Records and available on Back Lot Music, will be released for digital download on iTunes beginning September 25, 2012 and in stores October 16, 2012. The cast of Bring It On recorded the album at MSR Studios in New York City on August 9, 10 and 16, 2012 under the direction of Album Producers Alex Lacamoire, Tom Kitt and Kurt Deutsch.
