The Museum of Broadway will begin offering onsite educational workshops and resources for school group visitors.

The Museum of Broadway has announced new special pricing for student and senior visitors. The Museum, located in the heart of Times Square at 145 W 45th St, is the first-ever permanent museum dedicated to the storied history and legendary artistry of Broadway musicals, plays, and theatres.

Bucks County Playhouse (BCP) hosted its first-ever full student matinee, on Thursday, October 20 at 11 a.m. Students from seven middle and high schools from throughout the region attended a special performance of the Playhouse’s acclaimed production of “Evita,” followed by a talk-back session with members of the cast and educators from the Playhouse. Birdland Theater will present Nashville vocalist Wendy Moten – best known for her 2021 run on NBC’s “The Voice” – in an exclusive six-show concert engagement from Friday, November 18 to Sunday, November 20 with performances at 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM each night.

Bucks County Playhouse’s production of the Andrew Lloyd Webber–Tim Rice musical “Evita” continues through October 30. The Playhouse released a montage of scenes from the production—including portions of 'Don’t Cry for Me Argentina,” “Another Suitcase in Another Hall,” and “And the Money Kept Rolling In (And Out)”. The Museum of Broadway has announced the first special exhibit that will be featured in the Museum, The American Theatre as seen by Hirschfeld, curated by David Leopold, Creative Director of The Al Hirschfeld Foundation.

Kings Theatre welcomes music icon Patti LaBelle, known for stylish elegance while performing classic R&B, spiritual sonnets, and pop — not the least of which was 'Lady Marmalade' — Patti LaBelle is a living legend. And she brings her enduring talent and history to Brooklyn with special guest Will Downing on Sunday, March 12th at 7:00 p.m.  

Ann Kittredge will return to The Laurie Beechman Theatre (407 West 42nd Street – between 9th & 10th Avenues) on Sunday, October 23rd at 7pm with her Musical Director Christopher Denny (piano), Sean Harkness (guitar), Mary Ann McSweeney (bass), Rex Benincasa(drums) and special guests Robbie Kondor and Steve Ross.
