Garnering critical acclaim in London, Toronto, Dublin, Sydney, Hong Kong, Seoul, Moscow, Cologne, and Stuttgart, Swan Lake comes to BAM in its US premiere. The eight-episode season, produced by Magical Elves, with Alfred Street Industries, adds a Hollywood twist to its classic mind-bending format by challenging the world's biggest celebrities to realize their exceptional brain power through fun and highly entertaining interactive games, illusions and social experiments.

Irish Arts Center (IAC), a multidisciplinary center dedicated to bringing people of all backgrounds together through the excellence and dynamism of Irish arts and culture, announces its Fall 2019 Season. As construction of the New Irish Arts Center progresses, IAC kicks off its final year in its intimate current home with an array of gripping performances and events. (The Center's 51st Street home will be renovated following the opening of the new, adjacent 11th Avenue building). Irish dance company Teac DamsaHouse of Dance has just announced that its production of Swan Lake (or in the Irish language translation, Loch na hEala) will embark on an extensive US and Canada tour, opening the Next Wave Festival 2019 at BAM, New York, before touring to Minneapolis, Ottawa, Los Angeles, Michigan, and North Carolina for six weeks.

According to Deadline, Netflix set initial casting on its first ever original musical JINGLE JANGLE. Keegan-Michael Key, Phylicia Rashad, Anika Noni Rose, and Madalen Mills have joined Forest Whitaker in the cast. The film is set to be written and directed by David E. Talbert. the film will be set for release in 2020.
