The Los Angeles Master Chorale's holiday offerings continue with "Rejoice! Young People's Theatre is very proud to open the 2014/15 season with the stage adaptation of Harper Lee's Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, To Kill a Mockingbird. Directed by Allen MacInnis, this extraordinary play will be presented on the Mainstage from October 6 to November 2, 2014.

REDCAT, CalArts' Downtown Center for Contemporary Arts, located in the Walt Disney Concert Hall Complex is renowned for its innovative visual, performing and multimedia arts programming. In the spirit of "High School Musical," "Glee" and "Mean Girls," Alpha/Omega Players presents 13, a musical about growing up. This show is a musical that tweens and teens will love, it is about the emotional roller coaster full of the highs and lows that all of us experienced while growing up. I salute any theater that tries to push itself into new creative directions. However, if you're going to do those risky shows, especially those with challenging roles, you need to have the right people to lead the way.
