The second series in a growing Anne Rice Immortal Universe on AMC and AMC+, Mayfair Witches premiered last month to strong viewership on AMC and dethroned Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire as the #1 new series premiere in the history of AMC+.

Mercer County Community College's (MCCC's) Kelsey Theatre continues to bring merriment to area families in December with “'Twas the Night Before Christmas.” This musical adaption of the famous poem runs Friday, Dec. 2, 2022 through Monday, Dec. 5. and is sure to delight.

It’s astounding, time is fleeting, madness takes its toll. . .no it’s the opening weekend of Padgett Productions THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW. The cult musical, which has become a Kansas City favorite, has been ushering in the Halloween season for several years. I have been in the audience at least once (most years twice) each season and am glad to report it gets better every year. I don’t know if it is the witches and goblins of Halloween or the creative genius of Nick Padgett the Artistic Director that makes it unique each year, but it is the time of year for magic.

Richard O'Brien's ROCKY HORROR SHOW, returns LIVE to Kansas City and Presented by Padgett Productions, who has been bringing the show to the stage every Halloween season since 2016, which officially makes it a Kansas City tradition...and now it's more than just a show, it's a full FALL EXPERIENCE!

Last week’s series finale of Better Call Saul was the most-watched episode of the season with an audience of 2.7 million on AMC in Nielsen live+3 ratings, including 1.1 million adults 25-54 and many more watching on AMC+, where the final season remains the #1 acquisition driver in the history of the streaming service.

Sasha Hutchings will reunite with her Hamilton co-star Okieriete Onaodowan in AMC's new Demascus series. The series is a character-driven exploration of life as an ordinary Black man in America. Hutchings will play the tech-smart Budhi Banks, who was been in a relationship with Demascus (Onaodowan) for three years.

In addition to directing, Witcher serves as a Consulting Producer on the series starring Okieriete Onaodowan (Jack Ryan, Station 19) as Demascus a 33-year-old Black man who goes on a journey of self-discovery using an innovative new technology that allows him to experience different versions of his own life.

The season includes the full subscription series: Jeffrey Siegel's Keyboard Conversations with a total of four concerts; and a varied roster of artists including the return of the Paul Taylor Dance Company and The BRIT PACK. Single tickets for all shows are on sale now.

AMC released the trailer for the final six episodes of its Emmy-nominated acclaimed drama Better Call Saul. The final episodes will conclude the complicated journey and transformation of its compromised hero, Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk), into criminal lawyer Saul Goodman. Carol Burnett is also set to appear. Maine State Music Theatre’s second main stage production, perennial favorite, JOSEPH & THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, takes the Pickard stage by storm, exploding with color, energy, and sheer irrepressible joy. Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s early collaboration based on the Book of Genesis has as its central metaphor the coat of many colors, and like that kaleidoscopic garment, the show itself is a rich, eclectic tapestry that weaves together musical and choreographic genres, ancient and modern sensibilities, and perhaps best of all in this production – a diverse and deeply talented cast that is beautiful to behold.
