International sensation Kimbra has announced her first-ever headlining tour of the US and Canada. The month-long run kicks off September 25th in Vancouver, BC and runs through to October 27th in Toronto, ON. The Stepkids will support. International newcomer Kimbra is featured on the latest release from CONVERSE'S Three Artists. One Song music series. The original track, 'Warrior,' also features Mark Foster and A-Trak and was written, produced and directed by the three artists.

Lesley Leighton, an established choral conductor and long-time singer with the Los Angeles Master Chorale who was appointed assistant conductor of the chorus a year ago, has been promoted to the newly-created post of Associate Conductor of the Los Angeles Master Chorale (LAMC) it was announced by LAMC Chair Mark Foster. Her three-year term begins July 2011 and continues through the 2013-14 Season.

SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark opened on June 14, 2011 at the Foxwoods Theatre as the first show of the 2011-2012 season. Despite opening to poor reviews, the box office has been performng impressively, due in large to the draw of U2's debut musical score.

Terry Knowles, long-time executive director of the Los Angeles Master Chorale (LAMC), has been promoted to President and CEO of the world-renowned chorus effective immediately, announced LAMC Chairman Mark Foster. Terry has served as executive director since 2000. The Los Angeles Master Chorale is a resident company of the Music Center and is the resident chorus at Walt Disney Concert Hall. It is one of only a handful of professional choirs in the country.
