BroadwaySF, part of the Ambassador Theatre Group, has announced six Broadway musicals coming to the Orpheum and Golden Gate Theatres as part of the 2023-2024 season.

This May, audiences are invited on a magical journey through a strange land as Lachat Town Farm in Weston, Connecticut is transformed into the immersive theatrical experience, ADVENTURES IN OZ. 

Circuit Playhouse, Inc. will present 15 productions they will produce during their 2023-2024 season. 

We’re off to see the Wizard! The classic American fairy tale, written by L. Frank Baum over a hundred years ago, comes to life on the stage of the Beverly Theatre Guild (BTG) on April 28-30, 2023.

Stephanie Mills appeared on The Jennifer Hudson Show, performing “Home” with Hudson and 'Be A Lion' from The Wiz. Stephanie Mills originated the role of Dorothy in the original 1975 Broadway production of The Wiz. She later returned to The Wiz to play Aunt Em in the 2015 live production on NBC. We’re off to see the Wizard…! Today, American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) announced the full cast and creative team for The Wizard of Oz, directed and choreographed by Tony Award nominee Sam Pinkleton.

The Educational Theatre Foundation (ETF) has officially launched Pathway, a program designed to create opportunities for students in communities of color to work with theatre industry professionals of color while producing works that encourage dialogue around racial equity.

WICKED will fly to cities in England, Scotland, Wales, and the Republic of Ireland from December 2023. The cast will be led by former West End 'Elphaba' Laura Pick.
