Dallas Theater Center will fill the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre stage with the glorious music of the most popular musical of all time in a thrilling new production of Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schonberg's Les Miserables. Audiences will be swept away by the epic sounds of Les Miserables, directed by Liesl Tommy, which opens in previews on June 27 with a Pay-What-You-Can performance and runs through August 17 at the Wyly Theatre. World renowned American soprano Sondra Radvanovsky returns to the Canadian Opera Company this spring in the ultimate diva role, Queen Elizabeth I, for the COC premiere of Donizetti's Roberto Devereux. The tumultuous final days of the reign of the Virgin Queen are depicted in this powerful drama of show-stopping vocal fireworks, directed by Stephen Lawless and conducted by Corrado Rovaris. Roberto Devereux is sung in Italian with English SURTITLES and runs for seven performances at the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts today, April 25, 29, May 3, 10, 15, 18, 21, 2014.

WaterTower Theatre presents Hank Williams: Lost Highway running October 11 - November 3, 2013 on the Main Stage at the Addison Theatre Centre. Joey Folsom stars as Hank Williams. The cast features several WaterTower Theatre favorites including Pam Dougherty as Mama Lilly, Stan Graner as Fred Rose (Pap), Mikaela Krantz as Audrey Williams, Joseph Holt as Leon (Loudmouth) and Sonny Franks as Jimmy (Burrhead). The cast also includes Major Attaway as Tee-Tot, Christia Mantzke as The Waitress, Dave Rankin as Hoss and Dennis Bailey as Shag. When two men with struggling relationships, neat and particular Felix Ungar and disheveled and rough-edged Oscar Madison, decide to live together, the results are funny and poignant. The Odd Couple opens with previews tonight, March 15 and runs through Sunday, April 14 at the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre in the AT&T Performing Arts Center.

DTC Extends JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT thru 8/12

Dallas Theater Center has announced that the run of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat has been extended through Sunday, August 12, 2012. This is the first extension of a DTC production in the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre since the building opened in October 2009. Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat was originally scheduled to close on Sunday, August 5. Complete details, including how to purchase tickets, are included below.
