SAINT JANET stars Tony Award winner Kelly Bishop (Six Degrees of Separation, Chorus Line, Dirty Dancing, Gilmore Girls, Bunheads) in the title role

The cast of My Name is Asher Lev, Ari Brand, Mark Nelson, Ilana Levine, Naama Potok, and Jonathan Raviv come to 92YTribeca on Thursday, March 28 from 12-1pm for a conversation about this highly-praised new play based on the best-selling novel by Chaim Potok (author of The Chosen). The cast will also perform a few of their favorite excerpts from the show.

Rehearsals have begun for a fresh new look at the classic American musical Oklahoma! at Portland Center Stage.

The Coterie (Royce Vavrek and Lauren Worsham, Co-Artistic Directors), a downtown opera-theater company devoted to developing contemporary music theater works, will present The Coterie: Twelve12Twelve12 an evening of twelve world premiere songs from new musicals and operas by twelve different composers on December 12th, 2010 at 9:30pm.

The Boomerang Theatre Company (Tim Errickson, Artistic Director; Sue Abbott, Managing Director) will present the 10th annual FIRST FLIGHT festival of new plays at New Georges' The Room from November 18th-21st. The festival features readings and workshops of new plays and works in development.

The Contemporary American Theater Festival (CATF) at Shepherd University is pleased to announce their 2010 company, boasting outstanding theatrical credits ranging from small independent productions all the way to Broadway, television, and film. The evening featured songs from Mrs. Sharp, Darling, plus new material. The concert play took place Friday, July 24 at 9:30pm.
