Jamie Lloyd Productions presents The Hothouse, Harold Pinter's macabre tragic comedy returning to London's West End in a new production this month. The Hothouse is next up in a thrilling season of work for Trafalgar Transformed, a joint initiative between director Jamie Lloyd (Donmar's Passion, Broadway's Cyrano de Bergerac, The National Theatre's She Stoops to Conquer, Royal Court's The Pride) and Howard Panter. It comes hot on the heels of the critically acclaimed Macbeth, starring James McAvoy. The Hothouse, with design by award-winning Soutra Gilmour, runs through 3 August, with the press night tonight, 9 May 2013.

John Heffernan (Lush), Harry Melling (Lamb), Clive Rowe (Tubb), Christopher Timothy (Lobb) and Indira Varma (Miss Cutts) will join the previously announced Simon Russell Beale (Roote) and John Simm (Gibbs) to complete the cast for The Hothouse, Jamie Lloyd Productions' second show for Trafalgar Studios.

Henry, Pushcart and Mississippi Review prizes, and whose novels have been shortlisted for the National Book Award and the Pulitzer, and a return appearance by Pen Parentis favorite Anna Solomon, whose short fiction has won the Pushcart Prize twice.

Sheffield Theatres today announces further casting for its production of Harold Pinter's Betrayal, which takes to the Crucible stage from Thursday 17 May until Saturday 9 June.
John Simm, already announced to play the part of Jerry in Pinter's masterpiece, will return to the theatre following his performance as Hamlet in 2010. Joining him are BAFTA Award-winning actress Juliet Aubrey as Emma, and Colin Tierney as Robert.

The Ambassador Theatre Group Ltd (ATG), the UK's largest theatre company, with 39 venues in the UK, including 13 in the West End, announced today that it has partnered with Tony Award-winner Jerry Mitchell, the acclaimed director and choreographer, to form Jerry Mitchell Productions. Jerry Mitchell Productions will work to develop, create and produce new productions for ATG theatres in London, New York and around the world. Mitchell will also take on a Creative Producer role, as well as being a Director/Choreographer on selected productions, and will focus on a wide range of projects from new commissions to fresh, innovative versions of classic pieces.
