On December 17, 2019, John Cameron Mitchell joined Michael Cerveris, Edward Carter Simon (Big Easy Award nominated Hedwig in New Orleans 2019) and Kimberly Kaye (Big Easy Award winning Yitsak in New Orleans 2019) onstage at Chickie Wah Wah in New Orleans for a very special version of Stephen Trask's 'Origin Of Love' during the Loose Cattle band's annual Christmas hootenanny, A Very Loose Cattle Christmas. John Caird Will Direct A New Production Of Michael Morpurgo's Book THE MOZART QUESTION

Following the hugely successful production of Michael Morpurgo's The Butterfly Lion, The Barn Theatre has announced a new collaboration with Morpurgo, which will see Tony© and Olivier winner John Caird direct Vicki Berwick's new adaptation of The Mozart Question. The production will open at The Barn in May 2020, following which it will transfer to the Everyman Theatre, Cheltenham. It will then embark on a UK tour.
John Logan Will Pen Script for Untitled Michael Jackson Movie

According to Deadline, Tony-winning playwright John Logan has signed on to write the screenplay for a new film about the life of Michael Jackson. Logan, who is currently represented on Broadway with Moulin Rouge, joins Bohemian Rhapsody producer Graham King for the project.

The one-night-only event will be presented on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at The Irene Diamond Stage at the Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street).
