When the lease on its Tribeca home expires on July 31, 2008, Collective: Unconscious will close its doors for good. This decision comes on the heels of a massive plumbing problem that has rendered its lower level 'lobby' and backstage storage area unusable and has forced much of its previously announced UNDERGROUNDZERO FESTIVAL to seek new venues.

The 51st Annual Village Voice Obie Awards, Off Broadway's highest honor, were handed out last tonight at the Skirball Center on the campus of New York University in a ceremony hosted by Lili Taylor and Eric Bogosian presented by S.
