Robots taking over the world, a critic reviewing difficult life experiences, social networking, a closed-captioner gone wild, a music group trying to get discovered online and reviving a public affairs show from the 80's. These are just a few of the creative concepts coming out of COMEDY CENTRAL's 2011-2012 development slate announced today by Kent Alterman, Head of Original Programming and Production, COMEDY CENTRAL.

TBS Orders Vince Vaughn Produced 'Sullivan and Son' Pilot

TBS has ordered a half-hour comedy pilot of Sullivan and Son, starring popular comedian Steve Byrne and executive-produced by Vince Vaughn (The Break- Up)and Peter Billingsley (Iron Man). The project comes to TBS from Vaughn's Wild West Picture Show Productions and Warner Horizon Television. The pilot is being written by Byrne and executive producer/showrunner Rob Long (Cheers).

The new Fall Schedule features all-drama lineups on Mondays and Wednesdays, and all comedies on Thursdays, plus unscripted programming into compatible dramas on Tuesdays and Fridays. The high-quality series include new comedies such as 'Outsourced,' Love Bites,' 'Perfect Couples,' 'Friends With Benefits' and 'The Paul Reiser Show.'
