The musical may have many flaws, but this is one stellar production of it featuring so many fabulously talented teens.

The Palace Theater has announced a seven-show line-up for the 2023-2024 Webster Bank Broadway Series. Filled with exciting titles, including the nine-time Tony Award winning THE BOOK OF MORMON, and HARPER LEE'S TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD, the most successful play in Broadway history.

Cady, the new student who learns that high school is like the jungles of Africa. She “Meets the Plastics” the top of the high school hierarchy, and learns how cruel queen bee, Regina George, is and her friends Janice and Damian create a “Revenge Party” to bring Regina down. We see each characters' growth, just as we all did through high school.

Celebrity Attractions has announced its 2023-2024 Broadway Season and it is one that is fit for a Queen!  We open in August with COME FROM AWAY, a Broadway musical about the true story of the small town that welcomed the world in a time of tragedy.  The smash Broadway hit, SIX, commands the stage in October with Henry VIII's wives remixing the history into a pop concert that will make you lose your head!  

The national tours of HADESTOWN and SIX will make their Lowcountry premieres part of the 2023-2024 Best of Broadway season at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center. HADESTOWN performances are January 2 – 7, 2024 and SIX performances are March 12 – 17, 2024. Each show will offer eight performances.

The Bobcat Theatre Department of Glenn High School presents Mean Girls High School Version April 27-29.

Jon Hamm has joined the cast of the Mean Girls movie musical as gym coach and sex-ed teacher Coach Carr. He joins Tina Fey, Tim Meadows, Connor Raitliff, Angourie Rice, Auli'i Cravalho, Jaquel Spivey, Avantika, Bebe Wood, Christopher Briney, Ashley Park, Mahi Alam, Busy Phillips, Jenna Fischer, and Reneé Rapp in the new film.

Mahi Alam and Connor Ratliff have joined the cast of the upcoming movie musical adaptation of Mean Girls. Alam will play Mathlete Kevin G., who befriends Cady (Angourie Rice) while having a crush on her friend Janis (Auli’i Cravalho). They join Reneé Rapp, Jaquel Spivey, Tina Fey, Busy Philipps, Jenna Fischer, Tim Meadows, Ashley Park, and more.

From the producers of Neighbors and the co-screenwriter of Crazy Rich Asians, JOY RIDE stars Tony nominee Ashley Park, Oscar nominated Broadway alum Stephanie Hsu, Sherry Cola, and Sabrina Wu. Les Misérables, Disney's Aladdin, Mean Girls, Jesus Christ Superstar, Shrek, and The Cher Show will make up the 2023-2024 Glenn Korff Broadway Series! Five-show Broadway packages start at just $205 and include Les Misérables, Disney's Aladdin, Mean Girls, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Shrek: The Musical. Broadway subscribers also get first access to The Cher Show shows as a “package add-ons.”
