The Town Hall, New York's landmark theatre and concert venue kicks off the 6th Annual Summer Broadway Festival, with Frank Sinatra Jr. in Sinatra Sings Sinatra on July 16th at 8pm. Presented on three consecutive Monday nights at 8pm, The Summer Broadway Festival continues with Broadway's Rising Stars on July 23rd, and concludes with Liz Callaway's new show, Even Stephen (with Jason Danieley, Joshua Henry and Norm Lewis) on July 30th.

Hallmark Channel, Cesar(R) Canine Cuisine, and American Humane Association announced today that popular television star and current 'Dancing with the Stars' contestant, Emmy(R) Award-winning Carson Kressley ('Carson Nation', 'Queer Eye for the Straight Guy') will take to the stage as host of the inaugural American Humane Association Hero Dog Awards, presented by CESAR(R) Canine Cuisine and produced by Emmy(R) Award-winning MRB Productions. The Dogs will open at the Novello Theatre on Tuesday 15 June for a strictly limited 12-week season.

NBC has given series pickups for its 2010-11 season to the dramatic thriller 'The Event,' the comedy 'Outsourced' and the romantic anthology series 'Love Bites.'

Entertainment Weekly is reporting that NBC has picked up the anthology series 'Love Bites' which will star 'Ugly Betty' alumna Becki Newton.

The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) announced today that recording artist Adam Lambert will perform at the 21st Annual GLAAD Media Awards Presented in Los Angeles by ABSOLUT® Vodka on April 17, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza.
