American Blues Theater continues its 2018-2019 Season with its 17th Annual Production of It's a Wonderful Life: Live in Chicago! from Frank Capra's film and directed by Artistic Director Gwendolyn Whiteside with musical direction by Ensemble Member Michael Mahler. It's a Wonderful Life: Live in Chicago! runs November 15, 2018 - January 5, 2019 at Stage 773, 1225 W. Belmont Ave. in Chicago.  

American Blues Theater continues its 2018-2019 Season with its 17th Annual Production of It's a Wonderful Life: Live in Chicago! from Frank Capra'sfilm and directed by Artistic Director Gwendolyn Whiteside with musical direction by Ensemble Member Michael Mahler. 

The Ferryman has come to Broadway hot off its acclaimed West End run. Get to know the cast below as they begin Broadway performances!

Next up at the White Theatre is a joint production with Crown Center's Coterie Theatre of “Disney's Newsies;” a live stage musical version of the 1992 musical film. “Newsies” recalls the real-life newsboys' strike of 1899.   

Scott D. Rosenbaum's Sidemen: Long Road To Glory is a heartfelt, intimate look at the lives and legacies of three legendary bluesmen; piano player Pinetop Perkins, drummer Willie 'Big Eyes' Smith and guitarist Hubert Sumlin, all Muddy Waters and Howlin' Wolfsidemen. The film captures some of their last interviews and final live performances, before their deaths in 2011. Historic live shows accompany personal insights from many of the blues and rock stars these legendary musicians inspired. Variety called SIDEMEN “an exceptionally entertaining and captivating tribute,” while the NY Times wrote “their stories are inseparable from that of the blues itself.”

With scorching temperatures in full force, Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at Downtown Summerlin is bringing the heat with not one, but two promotions during the month of July. Bar & Grill will extend its featured BBQ menu, limited to the third weekend of the month. For $19 per person Saturday, July 15 beginning at 1 p.m., the BBQ menu will feature Bar & Grill's signature ¼ rack of baby back ribs, ¼ chicken (legs and thighs), pulled pork, cornbread and chef's choice of sides all plated patio-side on the grill. The Old Globe presents the first offering in the 2017 Summer Shakespeare Festival: William Shakespeare's epic King Richard II, helmed by award-winning director Erica Schmidt (Off Broadway's A Month in the Country, All the Fine Boys, Humor Abuse) in her Globe debut. Last night (Tuesday, April 4, 2017), Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill held the finale event of their Spring 2017 Sommelier Smackdown Series atDowntown Summerlin. The fate of Round 1 victor Jenna Boyer (Lupo by Wolfgang Puck at Mandalay Bay) and Round 2 winner Luis de Santos (Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits of Nevada) was left up to guests last night who collectively crowned finale favorite Luis de Santos, who took home the coveted Sommelier Smackdown championship belt along with the ultimate bragging rights. 

The LINQ Promenade - Caesars Entertainment's open-air shopping, dining and entertainment district at the center of the Las Vegas Strip - celebrates the beginning of 2017 with Chinese New Year and football specials throughout the month of January. Guests can also enjoy daily specials and entertainment throughout the promenade.
