Nickelodeon has ordered a 20-episode third season of its hit family comedy Instant Mom for Nick at Nite and NickMom, it was announced today by Russell Hicks, Nickelodeon's President of Content Development and Production. Beginning Oct. 2, season two of Instant Mom will premiere in its new timeslot on Nick at Nite, Thursdays at 8 p.m. (ET/PT). The series also airs during the adult-targeted NickMom nighttime comedy block on the Nick Jr. channel.

Coming off the excitement of last week's Wildcard shows, NBC's top-rated show 'America's Got Talent' now heads into two weeks of semi-finals starting Tuesday, August 28th (8-10 p.m. ET.) The show will feature all new live performances from the first 12 of the 'TOP 24' semi-final acts, as they compete to bring their acts to the next level and make it to the AGT finals. For the first time, three acts from each week will move on to the finals to compete for the $1 million dollar prize, making the competition tighter and more intense than ever before.
