Alfred Hitchcock's THE 39 STEPS, Broadway's longest running comedy, concluded its Tony Award-winning two year run on January 10, 2010, when it played its final performance at the Helen Hayes Theatre. The production played 771 performances - the longest running Broadway play in seven years.

Now in its second smash year, the Tony Award-winning quick change comedy version of Hitchcock's classic film thriller is playing at the Helen Hayes Theatre (240 West 44th Street). Kevin Spacey, the artistic director of The Old Vic in London, recently produced the first London revival of Alan Ayckbourn's masterpiece, the comic trilogy, THE NORMAN CONQUESTS, directed by Matthew Warchus. The production is now playing on Broadway, where it has earned the best reviews of any play this season and was recently nominated for seven Tony Awards, including Best Revival of a Play and Best Direction of a Play (Matthew Warchus).
