This educational partnership, made possible through a $1.46 million grant by The Rockefeller Foundation, is not only providing 20,000 NYC public school students with the opportunity to see HAMILTON on Broadway, but provides educational material by Gilder Lehrman to incorporate material from the musical into the American History curriculum.

Broadway veterans, R.Evolucion Latina's students from adult and children's program and volunteers joined hands to support the organization and its yearly programming at Harlem School of the Arts. The Dance-A-Thon is not only a fundraiser but also an annual reflection of the organization's mission.

For the past 6 years, R.Evolucion Latina (RL) has come together as a community to raise funds by daring to go beyond by dancing for 5 hours at their annual Dance-A-Thon. This grassroots event, has raised more than $200,000 since its inception.

On Wednesday, October 31 at the Richard Rodgers Theatre on Broadway, all available tickets for the 8:00pm performance of HAMILTON will be sold for $10.

In celebration of outstanding achievement in high school musical theater performances, Broadway In Chicago is thrilled to announce the award recipients of the Seventh Annual Illinois High School Musical Theater Awards sponsored by NBC 5: Darian Goulding of Hampshire, IL (Hampshire High School) as BEST ACTOR for his portrayal of "The Beast" in BEAUTY & THE BEAST and Natalie Doppelt of Deerfield, IL (Deerfield High School) as BEST ACTRESS for her portrayal of "Sister Mary Robert" in SISTER ACT.
