While Cynthia Erivo has not yet finished, other cast members – including Michelle Yeoh, Ethan Slater, Bowen Yang, Bronwyn James, Marissa Bode – have wrapped filming, as well.

Ethan Slater, who currently stars as Historian/Herbert in Spamalot on Broadway, has revealed that he will be out of the show for upcoming performances in January. Slater shared on Instagram that he will return on January 21.
Cynthia Erivo is Doing Her Own Stunts & Singing Live in the WICKED Movie

Cynthia Erivo, who plays Elphaba in the two part Wicked movie, revealed this morning that she does her own stunts and is singing live in the film. Erivo stars alongside Ariana Grande in the screen adaptation of the hit Broadway musical. Jonathan Bailey, Ethan Slater, Jeff Goldblum, and Michelle Yeoh also star in the Jon M. Chu-directed movie.
Second WICKED Movie Will Include Two New Songs

Stephen Schwartz has revealed that the second Wicked movie will include two new songs. The Tony-winning composer revealed that the second part of the film, slated for release in November 2025, will include two original songs not heard in the stage musical. He also revealed that 'there are some expansions of stuff in the first movie.'

SPAMALOT to Perform on the TODAY SHOW Friday

The cast of Monty Python's Spamalot will be performing on the TODAY Show this Friday, December 1. Their first performance will be during the first two hours of the episode, starting at 8:00 a.m. They will then return for a second performance during the 9:00 a.m. hour. The cast features James Monroe Iglehart, Taran Killam, Ethan Slater, and more.
