The Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) and the Rhode Island Philharmonic have announced that Grammy Award-winning duo INDIGO GIRLS will perform with the Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra and conductor Francisco Noya at PPAC on Friday, February 13, 2015 at 8P.

For the first time ever, Grammy-winning folk duo the Indigo Girls, Amy Ray and Emily Saliers, have embarked on a US symphony tour, booking a one-night-only stop in Columbus on April 26 to perform with the Columbus Symphony. With 14 albums to their credit and a career that spans decades, the iconic duo will perform a selection of songs from the 1980s through their most recent release, Beauty Queen Sister, all charted for symphony orchestra.

The 30A SONGWRITERS FESTIVAL has announced the full line-up for the January 17, 18 and 19, 2014event set to take place at venues along northwest Florida's scenic Highway 30A and the resort neighborhoods of South Walton. The 5th annual celebration will feature performances from such esteemed artists as Kristian Bush (Sugarland), Loudon Wainwright III, Ani DiFranco, Robert Randolph and the Family Band, Richard Thompson, Shawn Mullins, John Oates, Jerry Douglas, Rusty Young (Poco), Jonathon Edwards, Jesse Harris, Craig Fuller (Pure Prairie League), John Gorka, Mary Gauthier, James McMurtry, Bob Schneider, Glenn Phillips Band, Matthew Sweet, Jeffrey Steele, Jim Lauderdale, Jimbo Mathus (Squirrel Nut Zippers) and Tinsley Ellis.

The tenth anniversary Deer Valley Music Festival's fourth week will include offerings of classical, bluegrass and folk-rock music with the Utah Symphony. Keith Lockhart, Utah Symphony Music Director from 1998 through 2009 and Boston Pops conductor since 1995, will return to the Festival to conduct the Utah Symphony at the three performances.

Indigo Girls Come to Byham Theater, 3/3

Grammy winning folk icons the Indigo Girls will be performing at the Byham Theater on Sunday, March 3 at 8:00 p.m. with supporting act The Shadowboxers, a young 5-piece band originally from Atlanta. This will be the first time ever the group will have a full band tour and a chance for fans to hear their music performed in an all-new way. The group will be performing songs from their new recordBeauty Queen Sister as well as their classics for one night only.
