This is Schumer's second national tour with Comedy Central which kicks off on Friday, January 24, 2014 in New York City at Best Buy Theater and travels to more than 30 cities (full tour schedule at the end of this release). The romantic comedy Parfumerie, adapted by E.P. Dowdall from the Hungarian play Illatszertar by Miklos Laszlo, will have a rare revival as the first theater production of the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts (Lou Moore, Executive Director), for a limited, 29 performance engagement November 26 to December 22. The production, directed by Mark Brokaw, who is currently represented on Broadway with Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella, centers on a romance that unfolds through love letters, a perfect homage to the historic Beverly Hills Post Office. Performances begin today, October 9 at The McGinn/Cazale Theater. The plays, selected from over 300 blind submissions, will also be published as an anthology.

Playwrights Horizons World Premiere of The Flick, a new play by Obie Award winner Annie Baker (Circle Mirror Transformation at PH, The Aliens, her recent adaptation of Uncle Vanya), opened last night, March 12. Directed by Obie Award winner Sam Gold (Circle Mirror Transformation, Kin and The Big Meal at PH; Seminar and Picnic on Broadway), the production will play through Sunday, March 31 at Playwrights Horizons' Mainstage Theater (416 West 42nd Street).
