Hennepin Theatre Trust, Starvox Entertainment and Potted Productions have announced that, after several successful North American tours and over 800 performances at Bally's in Las Vegas, London's West End hit Potted Potter: The Unauthorized Harry Experience - A Parody by Dan and Jeff returns to Minneapolis.

In just a few weeks, Netflix will have people streaming the newest season of 'The Crown.' The show has always been popular, but with the recent passing of Queen Elizabeth, it has had a resurgence leading up to season 5. So it's no surprise a parody of the show has popped up, and you have the chance to see it! 'The Crown Live!' a parody by Daniel Clarkson, opened on October 25 as part of Prairie Meadows Temple Comedy Series with Des Moines Performing Arts. Whether you are a fan of the show, or this is your first time in the world of 'The Crown,' this show is a hilarious 90 minutes that you won't want to miss.

In the spacious and comfortable Sidney Harman Hall of the Shakespeare Theatre Company, a group of wizards, muggles, adults, and children sat down to watch Potted Potter (The Unauthorized Harry Experience). The show is a parody of the world-famous Harry Potter novels, and encapsulates all seven in just over an hour.

With The Paper Dolls currently running at the venue, Artistic Director Peter Glanville announces the run of the world première of The Pirate, The Princess, and The Platypus which is playing on Polka Theatre's Main Stage, opening on Wednesday 22 June with previews from 18 June, running until 20 August.

Potted Potter at the Orpheum is a rowdy rollercoaster ride of inside jokes and sight gags, broad physical humor and a little audience participation sprinkled in. The audience assembled were a mix of ages with lots of folks in their 30's without kids.
