The Tribeca Film festival has announced the screening dates for the world premiere of Waitress, the Musical - Live on Broadway!, the filmed capture of the hit Broadway musical. Julie Taymor will be honored with the Matador Award for Extraordinary Achievement in Classical Theater and the Axe-Houghton Foundation will receive the George Mayer Award for Extraordinary Service to Classical Theater at the Running of the Red Bulls Gala Benefit on Monday June 5th (6pm).
