Hold onto your ruffs and doublets because the Contemporary Theater Company is about to unleash a whirlwind of hilarity with their production of William Shakespeare's The Merry Wives of Windsor.

West Bay Community Theater will present a concert version of the original tribal love-rock musical, HAIR on Saturday, August 13th, 2022 in Wickford, RI. The performance will take place on Saturday, August 13th @ 8pm.

New Store No. 2 is the second solo album from Chris Maxwell, a quintuple threat: gifted songwriter, singer, guitarist, producer, arranger. He's best known for the catchy, jagged junkyard rock he made with the legendary New York band Skeleton Key in the 90's and more recent work as half of the Elegant Too production team. With the latter he's composed and recorded music for hit TV series like the Emmy Award-winning Bob's Burgers and produced artists like They Might Be Giants and Jon Spencer ... as one does! New Store No. 2 is being released February 14 (Valentine's Day!) by Max Recordings.

After success with bands The Gunbunnies, Skeleton Key, and years of working in production for shows like Bob's Burgers and Inside Amy Schumer, NY-via-Little Rock writer and producer Chris Maxwell is finally releasing his own solo album, stripped down and ready to share his own story.

"Hedwig and the Angry Inch" opens at Raleigh Little Theatre on Friday. The 1998 rock musical by John Cameron Mitchell replaces the originally scheduled production of "Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson" in RLT's City Series. Directed by Jesse R. Gephart, the play features Chris Maxwell as Hedwig and Lydia D. Kinton as Yitzhak.
