Michael Franti & Spearhead kickoff a weekend of live music with special guest Arrested Development on Thursday, August 18th at Atlantic Union Bank After Hours at the SERVPRO Pavilion in The Meadow Event Park in Doswell, Virginia.

CHELSEA TABLE + STAGE will present the debut performance of Black String, featuring new sounds from the ancient instruments of Korea, on Friday, September 9 at 7:00 PM. The show is being presented in partnership with The World Music Institute and Korean Cultural Center New York.

Earlier this season, Western Piedmont Symphony signed a five-year extension of Matthew Troy's contract as Music Director. The extended contract runs through the end of the 2026-2027 season, which will be Troy's eighth as Music Director.

Proctors Collaborative have announced the next block of upcoming shows coming to Schenectady and Saratoga Springs. 

Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts and the National Symphony Orchestra have commissioned a new work by famed Latin Jazz multi-instrumentalist and composer Paquito D'Rivera. Entitled “The Journey,” the new work is a concerto for cello, clarinet, erhu, and orchestra. Yo-Yo Ma, cello, and Paquito D'Rivera, clarinet, will be joined by Cathy Yang, erhu, and the National Symphony Orchestra, conducted by José Luis Gomez.

New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) presents Grammy Award-winning iconic group Boyz II Men on Saturday, November 26 at 8 pm. See Boyz II Men perform their most-loved hits, including “End of the Road,” “I'll Make Love to You,” and “On Bended Knee” with the Orchestra.
