New Light Theater Project is thrilled to announce that Jacob Perkins has been tapped as Literary Manager. This newly formed position leads the company into its 5th Season.

Today Artistic Director Jonathan Silverstein of the Drama Desk and Obie Award-winning Keen Company announced the Twelfth Season of Keen Teens. This season's offerings will be Winifred & Myrtle Go to High School by Leah Nanako Wrinkler, directed by Michael Goldfried; Around 2 by James Anthony Tyler, directed by Estefania Fadul; and The Caribbean Queen with book & lyrics by Jamie Cowperthwait, music & lyrics by Salomon Lerner, directed and choreographed by Ilana Ransom Toeplitz with musical direction by Salomon Lerner. An-Lin Dauber will provide scenic design, with costume design by Karen Boyer, lighting design by Kate August and sound design by Karl Berntson.

Boo Killebrew's world premiere play LETTIE is profoundly heartbreaking and brilliantly conceived. Under the direction of Artistic Director Chay Yew, the production devastatingly unfolds the narrative of the titular working class ex-convict Lettie. Both Killebrew's masterful, raw writing and Yew's superlative ensemble-with Caroline Neff in the title role and doing some of the best work so far of her career-bring immense pathos and a swirl of shifting emotions upon the audience.

Victory Gardens Theater continues its 43rd season with the World Premiere of Lettie, written by Boo Killebrew and directed by Artistic Director Chay Yew. Lettie runs April 6 - May 6, 2018, with the press performance on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 7:30pm at Victory Gardens Theater, 2433 N. Lincoln Avenue.

2017 Regional Theatre Tony Award Recipient Dallas Theater Center (DTC) announced that Christopher Llewyn Ramirez will be joining the Diane and Hal Brierley Resident Acting Company at the beginning of the 2018-2019 season.

Directed by DTC Enloe/Rose Artistic Director Kevin Moriarty, The Trials of Sam Houston begins on April 20 and runs through May 13.

2017 Regional Theatre Tony Award Recipient Dallas Theater Center (DTC) presents The Great Society at the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre. A co-production with the Alley Theatre and directed by DTC Enloe/Rose Artistic Director Kevin Moriarty, The Great Society begins on March 9 and runs through April 1. Everyday Inferno Theatre Company is thrilled to announce their production of Carol Lashof's The Melting Pot will play a limited run at The Access Theater in March. The play, directed by Alex Keegan and produced by Ana?s Koivisto and Katherine Sommer, features John Blaylock (The Metropolitan Playhouse), Matt DaSilva (Beauty and the Beast National Tour), Ty Gaines, Maya Jasmin (Manhattan Repertory Theatre), Franz Jones (Big River, Original Broadway production), Isaac Allen Miller, Talia Reich, and Rochelle Slovin (Russian Arts Theatre).

WP Theater and The Bushwick Starr, in association with New Georges, are pleased to announce that due to popular demand, [PORTO], the upside-down romantic comedy written by Obie Award Winner Kate Benson (Super Magic Wild Forest, Desert) and directed by Obie Award winner Lee Sunday Evans (Bull in a China Shop, Caught), will extend. Previously scheduled through February 25,[PORTO] will now play its final performance on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at WP Theater (2162 Broadway).

Antoinette Nwandu (PASS OVER) received Vineyard Theatre's 2017-2018 Paula Vogel Playwriting Award. Paula Vogel spoke at the event.
